The house
Welcome to Can Simonet, a totally rehabilited country house in Rocabruna, township of Camprodon, in the Ripollès. Rocabruna is known for the quieteness of it’s beautyful mountain surroundings. The inmersion in the rural life is absolute. The town consists in a town center of around 15 scattered country houses. It has no contact with any urbanization that harms it’s natural surroundings
Two apartments
Can Simonet is divided in two different apartments, completely separated and soundprooved with two different entrances. Both have all facilities for a confortable staying. Equipped with all the necessary furniture, kitchen and loundry appliances, television, cutlery, electricity, water, gas heat, fireplace, couch, bed linen and complete bathrooms.
Distribution:
Every apartment has a capacity up to 8 persons. In the ground floor there’s a hall with bathroom. The corridor has acces to the kitchen and also to the big living and dinning room (television, 2 couchs, table, fireplace...). At the second floor there are 3 bethrooms. Two bethrooms with 2 single beds and 1 of the bedrooms with a double bed. We also have supletory beds that can be placed in any of the available rooms. If you bring a baby with you, we have a baby cradle for you.
The surroundings
Rocabruna is placed 10 minutes from Camprodon, center of urban services. Supermarket, CAP, police, stores, church, sports pavilion, tennis courts, swimingpool, golf and monumental center
The area is full of recognized and extraordinary places. Mountains like Coma Negra, Bassegoda, Costabona, Canigó, Bastiments... Vall Ter resort, long route paths (GR11, GR5), and multiple marked routes for pedestrians, BTT, etc. Other smaller villages, Beget, La Manera (northern catalonia) and all the towns of the Camprodon Valley
